These terms and conditions apply to the Gematria Calculator website at gematriacalculator.us and to the Gematria Calculator mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Service we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Service if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Use of the Service

The calculator, cipher reference and number database are provided for entertainment, educational and research purposes. Results are mathematical letter-value computations and carry no guarantee of meaning or accuracy of interpretation.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Service. You may view and use the Service for personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise redistribute material from the Service without permission.

Subscriptions (mobile apps)

The mobile apps offer an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes advertising. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID or Google Play account, where they can be cancelled at any time. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their store policies. The website does not currently offer or require any purchase.

Linking to the Service

Government agencies, search engines and news organizations may link to the Service without prior written approval. Other organizations may request permission to link; loading pages of the Service in frames or iFrames without prior written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from their use.

Cookies and privacy

By using the Service you consent to the use of cookies as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for the resolution of any disputes.
